Congrats to Microsoft and NBC on their tedious online divorce, resulting in the dissolution of MSNBC.com. In a Madonna-esque fashion, the website has reinvented itself as NBCNews.com that will be owned and operated by NBC. NBC moves on pretty quickly though; turns out the 50 percent share Microsoft had invested in the website has already been bought over by Comcast. Hopefully that $300 million will keep you warm at night, Microsoft.
